Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlannedPing Android application ("the App") and the PlannedPing website at plannedping.com. By downloading, installing, or using PlannedPing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlannedPing. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. PlannedPing is intended for scheduling WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business messages on Android devices.

App Functionality and Limitations

PlannedPing is an Android scheduling tool designed to work alongside WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. The App's functionality depends on several factors that are partially or fully outside our control:

• Device settings and permissions: Scheduled sending relies on Android accessibility access, notification permissions, and device-level settings such as battery optimization. The App provides setup guidance, but device behavior varies across manufacturers and Android versions.
• Operating system behavior: Android may restrict background processes, delay scheduled tasks, or change how apps interact with accessibility services. These changes can affect PlannedPing's ability to send messages at the scheduled time.
• Third-party app compatibility: PlannedPing interacts with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business through their standard interfaces. Changes to these apps by Meta may affect compatibility or behavior.
• Internet connectivity: A working internet connection is required at the time a scheduled message is sent.

We work to keep PlannedPing reliable and compatible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality across all devices, Android versions, or WhatsApp updates. Compatibility and behavior may change over time.

Payments and In-App Purchases

PlannedPing may offer paid features or capabilities. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform (currently Google Play) and are subject to that platform's terms, billing policies, and refund policies.

Details about available features and any associated costs are provided within the app. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

When using PlannedPing, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Take responsibility for the content, recipients, and timing of messages you schedule and send.
• Not use the App for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
• Comply with the terms of service of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business when sending messages through those platforms.

Third-Party Platforms and Compatibility

PlannedPing works alongside third-party apps and services, including WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business (products of Meta Platforms, Inc.), and Google Play. PlannedPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Google.

Your use of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business is subject to their own terms of service. PlannedPing's compatibility with these services depends on their current interfaces and behavior, which may change at any time. We do not control and are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect PlannedPing's functionality.

Intellectual Property

PlannedPing, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of PlannedPing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business messaging scheduling purposes.

No Warranty

PlannedPing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all scheduled messages will be delivered successfully.

Message delivery depends on device state, permissions, internet connectivity, WhatsApp availability, and operating system behavior. Compatibility with WhatsApp and Android may evolve as those platforms change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliability but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlannedPing and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to undelivered, mistimed, or incorrectly delivered messages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. If the App or service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of PlannedPing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
